 POWERWISE warrants to the original purchaser of POWERWISE manufactured pumps and accessories that POWERWISE will repair or replace any such product which under normal use and service proves defective in material or workmanship, as determined by POWERWISE inspection, within a year of date of shipment from POWERWISE, provided that the defective product, or part thereof, is promptly returned to the POWERWISE factory.

 This warranty does not cover failure of parts or components due to normal wear or damage which in the judgement of POWERWISE arises from misuse, abrasion, corrosion, negligence, accident, substitution of non-POWERWISE parts, rewinding of motors by outside contractors, faulty installation or tampering.

 If POWERWISE inspection discloses no defect in material or workmanship, repair or replacement and return will be made at the customary charges.

 Equipment not covered by POWERWISE warranty: Accessories or components of equipment sold by POWERWISE that are not manufactured by POWERWISE.  POWERWISE will provide the purchaser with reasonable assistance in claiming from the original manufacturer.

 This warranty covers all units sold in the United States, Canada and South America. For worldwide sales, goods will be subject to this warranty only after all exploration of equipment problems has been carried out on site by POWERWISE Agencies. Because of the costs associated with returning goods from foreign countries, POWERWISE would request that digital pictures be e mailed to POWERWISE and if POWERWISE cannot identify the problems and rectify by advice, instructions or sending substitute parts thereof, then POWERWISE will institute an RMA form for the faulty goods to be returned.

 This warranty supercedes all other warranties issued before January 2017

 Powerwise asks you the customer to review all instructions provided by POWERWISE before installing any equipment.  Failure to do so may result in voiding of warranties on POWERWISE equipment or original equipment as used on POWERWISE equipment.
